Cameras & Recording Devices

Taking videos, photos or texting is not allowed in the theatre. Actors' Equity Association, The American Federation of Musicians, and Federal Law prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices during any performance.

Children

Unless listed as a Family or Children’s event, most performances are intended for teens & adults. Some events are not appropriate for children under 18. We welcome children under the age of 3 or 4 years old for family entertainment, but we do not recommend they attend more mature offerings.

All children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket.

Forms of ID

To pick up your tickets at the Box Office, you must present a valid goverment-issued photo I.D such as a driver's license or passport.

Gift Cards

Tickets to a performance at the Palace Theatre make a great gift for anyone. Gift cards in any denomination can be purchased through the box office at 203-325-4466.

Group Sales

Groups of 20 or more receive a 10 percent discount on selected Main Stage events*. Groups of 10 or more receive a 10 percent discount for selected UpStage events. Handling fees are capped for groups. Restoration fees apply on all tickets. Call the Box Office at (203) 325-4466 for information or to purchase group tickets.

*Groups to events by outside promoters may not be entitled to a discount.

Health & Safety Guidelines

The Palace Theatre does not require proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test for entrance into the theatre. Additionally, masks are optional for all patrons.

Indoor Air Quality

The Palace Theatre has an AtmosAir Solutions bipolar ionization technology within the HVAC system to improve indoor air quality throughout the entire three floors, including the Main Stage, Upstage, public areas, and offices. This system suppresses airborne and surface micro-organisms and pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and mold, and reduces odors as well as unhealthy and irritating volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Latecomers

Latecomers will be seated into seats that avoid disrupting other patrons/ the performance at the discretion of the management and per Artist requirements. Please check your tickets for the show time.

Parking

Palace Theatre patrons may use the Landmark Square Garage across the street from the theatre, the Bell Street Garage, or the Summer Place Garage adjacent to Target (enter from Summer or Broad Street). For more info, see our directions and parking page.

Refunds or exchanges* are not available, except in the case of performance cancellation.
