Limited Mobility 

The Palace Theatre is wheelchair and handicapped accessible. When ordering your tickets, please be sure to advise the Box Office of any special requirements. We have ADA-accessible seating in both our orchestra and mezzanine areas. All levels of The Palace Theatre are accessible by elevator. There are accessible parking spots at Landmark Square ProPark Garage; we also allow drop-offs in the front of the building. 
 

ADA-Impaired Hearing

We are happy to provide assisted listening devices upon request. Infrared system headsets are available; please contact the house manager when you arrive for your show.
 

Sign Language Interpretation 

ASL Interpretation is available by request for certain performances with two weeks’ or more advance notice. Call 203-325-4466 Mon – Fri 12PM – 5PM, or email boxoffice@palacestamford.org.
 

Service Animals

The Palace is happy to welcome your registered service animal; please contact us first so we can be prepared for your arrival.
 

Restrooms 

All restrooms are wheelchair accessible and are located on both levels of the theatre.
