Box Office Hours

The Box Office at the Palace Theatre is open noon-5pm Monday through Friday.
On show days the Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to a performance and will remain open through intermission of the last performance of the day.


The Palace Theatre is equipped with ramps, elevators and seating to accommodate wheelchairs. Wheelchair accessible restrooms are available. When ordering your tickets, please be sure to advise the Box Office of any special requirements.  Our new seats are rated to hold a max of 600lbs; width of seats varies.

There are also 7 seats in the orchestra that have one side arm that lifts up for transfer or a little extra space for a patron. these are:

Infrared system headsets are available. Please contact the house manager when you arrive.

Cameras and Recording Devices

Actors' Equity Association, The American Federation of Musicians, and Federal Law prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices during any performance.
Electronic Devices: Please turn off these devices or put them on silent when you arrive.
Taking videos, photos or texting is not allowed in the theatre.


Unless listed as a Family or Children’s event, most performances are intended for teens & adults.
Some events are not appropriate for children under 18. We welcome children under the age of 4 years old for family entertainment, but we do not recommend they attend more mature offerings.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.

Gift Certificates

Tickets to a performance at the Palace Theatre make a great gift. Gift certificates in any denomination can be purchased through the box office at 203-325-4466.


Groups of 20 or more receive a 10% discount on HARMAN Stage events*. Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount for UpStage events. Handling fees are capped for groups. Restoration fees apply on all tickets. Call the Box Office at 203-325-4466 for information or to purchase group tickets.
*Groups to events by outside promoters may not be entitled to a discount.

Latecomers will be seated into seats that avoid disrupting other patrons/ the performance at the discretion of the management and per Artist requirements. Please check your tickets for the show time.


Palace Theatre patrons may use the Landmark Square Garage across the street from the theatre, the Bell Street Garage, or the Summer Place Garage adjacent to Target (enter from Summer or Broad Street).

Discount Parking Offer!
Spend only $3 when you show your Palace Theatre ticket stub as you exit the Landmark Square Garage. There are two entrances to the garage - across the street from The Palace and at 101 Broad Street.
