The Palace Theatre is wheelchair and handicapped accessible. When ordering your tickets, please be sure to advise the Box Office of any special requirements.
Infrared system headsets are available. Please contact the house manager when you arrive.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Taking videos, photos or texting is not allowed in the theatre. Actors' Equity Association, The American Federation of Musicians, and Federal Law prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices during any performance.
Please turn off these devices or put them on silent when you arrive.
Unless listed as a Family or Children’s event, most performances are intended for teens & adults.
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.

Tickets to a performance at the Palace Theatre make a great gift for anyone. Gift cards in any denomination can be purchased through online or through the box office at (203) 325 - 4466.
Groups of 20 or more receive a 10 percent discount on HARMAN Stage events*. Groups of 10 or more receive a 10 percent discount for UpStage events. Handling fees are capped for groups. Restoration fees apply on all tickets. Call the Box Office at 203-325-4466 for information or to purchase group tickets.
*Groups to events by outside promoters may not be entitled to a discount.
Lost and Found
If you have lost anything at a performance, please call Curt Connolly at (203) 517-3402.
Latecomers will be seated into seats that avoid disrupting other patrons/ the performance at the discretion of the management and per Artist requirements. Please check your tickets for the show time.
Palace Theatre patrons may use the Landmark Square Garage across the street from the theatre, the Bell Street Garage, or the Summer Place Garage adjacent to Target (enter from Summer or Broad Street). For more info, see our directions and parking page.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges* are not available, except in the case of performance cancellation.

Use the same username and password to login into your Palace Theatre “My Account” and your Stamford Symphony “My Account”. Stamford Symphony online transactions can only be made at www.StamfordSymphony.org and Palace Theatre online transactions can only be made at www.PalaceStamford.org .
Stamford Symphony single tickets, gift cards and donations can be processed via the Box Office at (203) 325-4466 M-F | 12 pm to 5 pm & 90 min. before events. Stamford Symphony subscriptions are only available at www.StamfordSymphony.org or through Stamford Symphony Patron Services at 203.325.1407, x10.
